This project, announced in a WiSE Blog in April, is now well underway, conducted by Emeritus Professor Diane Elson, Visiting Professor at WiSE, with assistance from two WiSE PhD students, Carolina Herrera Cano and Dominic Lo.
Work has begun on an online book bringing together a selection of classic papers published by Professor Elson in the last 35 years, with a new introduction showing the contemporary relevance of her key concepts for today’s challenges.
Also in development is a dedicated project website with links to Professor Elson’s publications, interviews, working papers, and videos.
Since the project began, Professor Elson has already made a number of presentations to international conferences and workshops on topics connected to economic justice:
