The Centre for Climate Justice at Glasgow Caledonian University is pleased to announce the launch of the Routledge Studies in Climate Justice book series.
The book series is first to be devoted to the growing topic of climate justice. It builds on the Centre’s existing partnership with Routledge, which saw the publication of the Routledge Handbook of Climate Justice in November 2018.
Climate justice is a rapidly growing field of critical enquiry which concentrates on the social and ethical dimensions of climate change, including the unequal nature of its physical, socio-economic and political impacts and humanity’s responses to them. The book series will seek to address important questions in this rapidly growing field.
Themes and topics that will be covered include intersectionality and climate inequality, climate migration and displacement, climate activism, gender and climate change, climate justice and international development, and climate ethics, among others.
