Dreams Do Come True! Graduates Share Great News

Husband and Wife team, Luay and Hawazin, from Saudi Arabia, came to study with us together in 2009/2010 and have recently emailed with good news about their wonderful developing careers.

“After completing my master degree in Marketing at Glasgow Caledonian University, I transformed my speciality from teaching English in Saudi Arabia to teaching Marketing. I became a marketing lecturer! Besides this position, I also work with the Vice of the college as a co-ordinator between his management and other six departments.  I am so thrilled about what I have achieved and still thirsty for more challenges, hoping one day to establish my own business in mobile phones.” Luay Summilan

“I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010. This huge step has changed my life and made my dream come true because I was dreaming of being a Marketing lecturer and here I am using all what I have learned in my masters degree here in my country at Um Alqura University where I work now, teaching Basics of Marketing and Marketing research subjects.  In addition, I have to support the head of our department in scheduling teachers’ time tables and office hours.” Hawzin Alzubaidi

Absolutely thrilled to hear from this lovely couple and it just goes to show we are not just in the business of education – we are in the business of helping to make dreams come true (spoken like a true Marketer!)  Hawazin is also enquiring about coming back to study with us for a PhD – another dream in the making. Let’s hope we can assist with that one too.
