It’s not taken long for the ASA to find its first target as part of the widening remit of website content.
The main thing to note here is that if the company doesn’t comply they can be hit in the googles (sorry for that one) when it comes to search engine rankings.
Looks like there’s some law coming at last to the potential wild west that is website content…
